What do I need to create a store?
You only need a mobile number to begin. After verification, you can add your store identity, products, fulfilment options and public link from the seller workspace.
Do I need technical or design experience?
No. Store Spark provides the storefront structure and guides you through the details. You add your content and product images; there is no coding or DNS setup for the included store link.
How do customers place an order?
Customers browse your catalogue, add products to a cart, choose delivery or pickup and enter the required details. Store Spark sends the request to your seller workspace for review.
Does Store Spark collect customer payments?
No. Product availability, the final amount, payment and fulfilment are confirmed directly between the customer and the independent seller.
Can I offer both delivery and store pickup?
Yes. You can enable either or both, add a delivery charge and timing note, and share pickup instructions or directions from your seller workspace.
Can I change my products after publishing?
Yes. You can add products, edit details, organise categories and change whether individual products are visible. You can also unpublish the whole store when needed.
What will my store link look like?
Every store gets a readable Store Spark address such as storespark.in/shop/your-store-name. You can choose the available store name from your workspace.
Are the stores on Store Spark independent?
Yes. Each storefront is operated by its own seller. Store Spark provides the catalogue and ordering software; the seller confirms stock, payment, delivery or pickup with the customer.
